Praia do Martinahl is near Sagres in the Algarve on the Westernmost tip of mainland. Europe. I rented off Windsurf Point www.windsurfpoint.com It was not cheap at 40Euros for a four hours session. But you gotta do it. The NW wind was blowing, plus a bit of thermal. It's offshore, pan flat and easy stuff. The sea was unusually cold, Rui and Manuella told me. Very nice, long reaches right to the little islands about a mile off shore. I used a 5.4 Severne.
